One People Cafe is a specialty coffee brand rooted in Filipino and Jamaican culture, created in New York.

We started with the flavors we know best: Filipino and Jamaican. But One People was never meant to stop there.

Coffee gives us a way to explore the flavors, ingredients, and traditions of different cultures and share them with people in a way that feels approachable and current. Some drinks may be inspired by a Filipino dessert. Others by Jamaican spice, fruit, or technique. Over time, we want the menu to keep evolving as we discover new stories and new places.

We’re not trying to turn an entire culture into a drink. We take inspiration from real flavors and traditions, learn where they come from, and reinterpret them thoughtfully through specialty coffee.

Why One People?

Food and coffee have always been ways people gather, celebrate, and connect.

That idea became the foundation for One People.

We wanted to create something that celebrates where we come from while staying open to everything we can learn from one another.

Different cultures have different traditions, but sharing something good across a table is pretty universal.

Built to go where people gather.

One People started as a mobile coffee experience for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, festivals, and community gatherings.

We care about the coffee, but we also care about the experience around it: how the cart looks, how guests are welcomed, how the drinks are presented, and whether someone walks away having discovered a flavor they hadn’t tried before.

Today, we’re mobile.

Our long-term vision is bigger: a permanent café, collaborations with growers and makers, original coffee offerings, and experiences that continue connecting people through coffee, food, and culture.
